With NB DynamicX, I have over 15 years of experience as an operations director in the financial and legal services industry with international companies (Private Equity and in-house legal counsel). Having been part of fast moving and constant growth operations teams, I have a sharp eye for driving efficiencies and processes with the goal to take operations to the next level and make businesses ready to scale. I like to work closely with the management teams to develop their strategy and help them to implement and to execute the strategy efficiently. In these roles, I gained a lot of knowledge and extensive expertise in project management, process improvement and change management within companies.

When working on projects and processes, I try to find the right balance between the commercial aspects of the business and the operational needs. I operate at my best when working on cross-functional aspects acting as a spider in the web and connecting the dots to bring complex projects together. This approach allows me to closely collaborate with teams, inspire those involved and get commitment from everyone in the organisation. I describe myself as a reliable team player, who strives for continuous improvement and offers opportunities.
